Moore Street Care Delivers Nostalgic Diner Vibes

The perfect post-run breakfast! đŸƒđŸœâ€â™€ïžđŸ„ž Moore Street Cafe (@moorestreetcafe) is a quaint, local diner with amazing omeletes and pancakes! It has been a while since I had been to a classic diner, and visiting this one brought back so much nostalgia. đŸ„°

They get busy on the weekends, and for good reason! I tried going once before, but the wait time was an hour long. đŸ˜© This time, I made sure to get there early (around 9am on a Saturday) and the wait time was only around 30 minutes. While you wait, they have a small patio bar where you can order drinks. They also offer a pick-up window option and a patio self-seating area if you decide to skip the wait for indoor seating.

The menu has a decent variety, and the portions are impressively large. Here’s what we tried:

🍳 Western Omelete // Three eggs, ham, green peppers, onions, tomato and cheese served with your choice of 2 pancakes, toast, biscuit, or English muffin. All 3 of my brunch buddies ordered this and had nothing but good things to say. Their clean plates spoke for themselves!

đŸ„“ Barnyard Biscuit // Fried chicken, bacon, egg & cheese biscuit smothered in sausage gravy. The fried chicken was crispy, and the gravy was delicious! They do not skimp on the sausage gravy! Would definitely order again đŸ€€

đŸ„” Side of Hash Browns // These were in incredible! Crispy, perfectly cooked, and plenty for sharing.

☕ Coffee // No matter if you’re a hot or iced coffee person, you can’t go wrong at Moore St. I can’t explain it, but iced coffee just hits better (yes, even in winter weather) 😂

The service was so attentive! 💯 Our coffee mugs were refilled without us even asking, and the staff’s friendliness added to the charm. Moore Street Cafe felt like a diner you can call home—very casual, inviting, and open.

If you’re looking for a hearty breakfast spot with great vibes and even better food, I can’t recommend Moore Street Cafe enough. Just be sure to arrive early to beat the rush, or enjoy a coffee or Moore-Mosa (32 oz personal pitcher đŸ˜±) while you wait on the patio. I know I’ll be back to try the Squirrel’s Nest Breakfast Bowl! đŸżïž
