Sunday Brunch At Bar West Is Calling Your Name

Started Sunday off right with brunch at Bar West (@barwest.804)! 🍳🍔🥂 It was a short drive from downtown Richmond to Libbie Ave and well worth the trip! There were so many things I wanted to try on the menu but I finally decided on the Brunch Smash Burger. It was delectable — from the savory meat, egg, and cheese to the sweet powdered sugar on top, this burger put all others to shame. 🍔 Also pictured is the Smoked Salmon Benedict which is definitely one to order again! 🍣 For brunch, we decided to share the Mimosa Bucket for $15 which came with 4 mini champagne bottles and we got to pick 3 juices (from mango, pineapple, orange, and raspberry). 🍾 I really enjoyed getting to make my own mimosa flavors and experimenting with the combinations of different juices. 🍊🥭🍍 Bar West really surprised me with their above average food, drinks, and service! The only downside I’d say is parking, so just know you might have to circle the block a few times before you find a spot.

Bar West recently opened its doors in January 2023 after the previous concept, Cocodrilo, rebranded itself as a more approachable spot that could become a home to regulars. ❤️ I love that their new menu is more affordable which means more people get to experience all that Bar West offers. ➡️

Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-3PM with happy hour from 3-6PM. I will definitely head back to Bar West again to try out their dinner menu and new 3 for $12 lunch deal which comes with a sandwich, soup or a salad, and a side. 🤯 Their deals are just too good to pass up! 👏
