COLLAB: Saturday Brunch Live @ Switch RVA

Today I tried SWITCH POP-UP BAR’S new Saturday Brunch Live! 🥞🍗🧇🥓🍳🥂 I have to start out by saying thanks to SWITCH for reaching out for this collaboration and graciously offering me a complimentary meal in return for my review. ❤️

For my meal, I tried the Sausage Breakfast Skillet with a side of Fried Potatoes and of course, a mimosa! 🍳🥂 The mixture of sausages with peppers, onions, and potatoes was DELISH and gave it just the right kick of spice. 🌶 The egg yolks were a bit overcooked instead of runny because of the hot skillet which continued to cook them but everything else was cooked perfectly otherwise. If you order this, I suggest asking for the eggs to be lightly cooked so you won’t run into the same issue!

My friend got the Bourbon French Toast which was topped with bourbon caramel and fresh bananas. 🤤🥃🥞🍌 I was told it was sweet and tasty and definitely one to order again!

Some other yummy sounding menu items are the Fried Chicken & Red Velvet Waffles, Biscuits & Gravy, and Cajun Shrimp & Grits.

The brunch drink selection is fantastic with a Spiked Hot Chocolate Bar, Bloody Mary Bar, and Mimosa TOWERS for sharing! 🤯 It costs $20 for an entrée and a side and $12 for any additional entrée (portions are large so you could share a side between 2 people).

This event is running every Saturday 12pm-5pm from now until January 30, 2021 so you’ve got plenty of time to check them out and make a reservation on Eventbrite! Don’t forget, they will also still have their Winter Wonderland theme so you can eat in this magical setting all season long! 😍❄️☃️🎄
