BigWife’s Mac n’ Cheese is an experimental pop up served out of Bookbinder’s Seafood and Steakhouse Kitchen and is only around for 5 more evenings (including tonight)!! 🧀 The owners of Bookbinders are testing this concept and you can try it out from Monday-Thursday 5-8:30 pm for delivery or pick-up only. Their website is SO stinkin’ cute and will not fail to make you smile with its adorable cartoons!
They offer a wide variety of fancy macs with both standard and gluten free elbow macaroni available. The bag they give even comes with instructions on how to reheat your food properly.
I got the Mac Lorraine which was topped with applewood bacon, scallions, and gruyere and the Buffalo Mac which was topped with hot chicken, gorgonzola, and Texas Pete. 🥓🍗 The former was my favorite of the two and also happens to be one of their fan favorites!
If you want to play it safe, you can’t go wrong with the Classic Mac! They also serve salads if you want something less filling and “Big Ass” cookies for dessert. 🥗🍪🤣 BigWife’s is open for dinner tonight and four more days next week so you’ve still got time to try them out!
Although, I’m praying this experiment is a success and they decide to stick around for longer. 😁🙏 Now, go get your mac and cheese fix and let me know what you think! ☺️😋
